Board of Health Meeting

Having a quorum, Mr. Amado called the meeting to order at 10:02 am.
Present: Chairman Amado, Mr. Edgehille & Ms. Cocio
REVIEW OF AGENDA
Read and sign all mail, permits, warrants and expense vouchers.
NEW BUSINESS
- The Board met to discuss a temporary Health Agent to conduct food and septic inspections. The Board would like to utilize the former health agent, Vincent Flaherty as a consultant on an as needed basis. The Board would like to pay Mr. Flaherty $35.00/hr. plus mileage. Mr. Edgehille made a motion to approve $35.00/hr. pay rate with mileage on an as needed basis, second by Mr. Amado. Unanimous 2-0

- Body Work Regulations –Tabled
- Tobacco Regulations – Tabled
- Any business that has come in since this agenda was posted
- Update from staff on any business since the last Board of Health meeting
- Adjournment
Motion to adjourn meeting made by Mr. Edgehille, second by Mr. Amado. Unanimous 2-0.
